I've taken 500+ hours of pelvic floor training. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also a certified functional medicine practitioner and a strength and conditioning specialist. Not one of those, all three, at the same time.
People underestimate how much of pelvic health is orthopedics. It’s the same reasoning, in a place nobody talks about. Keeping a foot in orthopedics and strength and conditioning is what makes me better at pelvic health, and it’s what lets me get people back to golf, to lifting, to the things they actually want to be doing.
That’s why you’re not just a pelvic floor to me. If you’re exhausted, if your cycle is a mess, if you’ve been carrying an old injury that nobody ever connected to any of this, we can talk about it. One conversation with one person, instead of four appointments with four different people who never speak to each other.
Nobody wants to reach a hundred in a wheelchair. They want to reach a hundred still doing things with the people they love. That’s what I’m actually training you for.
