FOR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND REHAB PROVIDERS

You have patients who are doing everything right and still aren't getting better.

Clinical education for rehab providers who want to look beyond the musculoskeletal system.

WHY I TEACH THIS

I went looking for someone to teach me this, and couldn't find her.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who kept running into the same wall: patients who were doing everything right and still weren’t getting better, and the reason wasn’t confined to the musculoskeletal system. It was in their bloodwork, their sleep, stress, gut health, and all of the systems nobody taught me to look at deeply.

So I put it together the hard way, over years, through a functional medicine certification, and a lot of trial and error in my own practice. Now I’m bringing all of those experiences and years of training to you.

It's not a protocol but a way of looking at the patient in front of you when the musculoskeletal system isn't the whole story.

FROM MY OWN CASELOAD

Three patients whose answer was in a system no one had checked.

  1. WHAT THEY CAME IN FOR

    WHERE I LOOKED

  2. 01

Referred for pelvic floor therapy for erectile dysfunction after twenty-plus sessions with another pelvic floor provider and minimal results.

The bloodwork he already had, a CBC, CMP and lipid panel. That led deeper into insulin, testosterone, and the micronutrients that matter. Once we added lifestyle medicine to the rehab plan, the needle started to move, and quickly.

  3. 02

Referred for frozen shoulder after in-network physical therapy that wasn't getting her where she wanted to be.

More hands-on work and the role of hormones in her symptoms. I connected her with a hormone specialist and once she started on bioidentical hormones, things changed drastically.

  4. 03

Referred for outlet obstruction constipation after several other pelvic floor therapists and very minimal improvement. She knew her pelvic floor was tight and knew she had to relax it, but the constipation was bad enough that she couldn't help clenching in pain.

Comprehensive stool testing and SIBO breath testing because the pelvic floor tension looked driven by the constipation rather than the other way around. She tested positive for intestinal methanogen overgrowth and the stool test showed how it had developed.

THREE WAYS IN

There are a few ways to learn this with me depending on how deep you want to go and where you are right now in your career.

LIVE COHORT · SIX WEEKS

Beyond Rehab

A live, six-week cohort on the systems that decide whether your patient can actually heal: metabolic health, inflammation, nutrient status, gut health, sleep, and stress. This even includes how to read the bloodwork they're already carrying around but with an optimal instead of normal lens.

For the provider who's ready to do the real work, not just sample it.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE ABLE TO DO

  • Read a standard panel in a repeatable order
  • Recognize when a result is normal but not optimal
  • Know what's yours to act on versus when to refer
  • Metabolic health
  • Inflammation
  • Nutrient status
  • Gut health
  • Sleep
  • Stress

TWO MORE PATHS

MONTHLY · LIVE · ONE TOPIC AT A TIME

Masterclasses

The most affordable way to learn with me. Each month, we dive into one clinical topic: optimizing and identifying iron deficiency, improving blood sugar balance, investigating inflammation, and more.

These classes are open to providers and patients, so you learn the topic and you see exactly how I teach it to the people you'll be treating.

For the provider who wants to start small, one topic, low commitment, and go from there.

Clinical Mentorship

Sometimes you don't need another certification but instead you need an experienced clinician to help you think through the case in front of you.

Ongoing support for providers navigating complex patients, across pelvic health, orthopedics, fertility, and functional medicine. Bring your cases, work through the lab findings, and build the confidence to know when to treat, educate, collaborate, or refer.

For the provider who wants someone in their corner, not a course with an end date.

Opening later this year. I will email you first.

WHERE TO START

Not sure where to start?

Most providers start with a single masterclass, or get on the list for the next cohort. You don't have to figure out the whole path today. You just have to take the next step.

For providers only. One email when something opens, nothing else.
